Overview

As part of our commitment to enhancing digital presence and driving organic growth, we partnered with King of Strength (KOS) Boxing Gym to transform their SEO strategy. Located in the North of Singapore, KOS Boxing Gym sought to overcome the challenges posed by previous mishandled SEO efforts and establish a robust online presence to increase website traffic and engagement.

Our SEO transformation strategy yielded significant results within just two months. We saw a 167.5% increase in clicks and a 224% increase in impressions on Google Search Console. Specific content pieces also saw remarkable growth, with our optimized article 'Taking a Break is a Must' experiencing a 131% increase in clicks and reaching peak impressions of 1,172 in September.

SEO Audit

We conducted a comprehensive SEO audit to identify detrimental issues and areas lacking optimization. This thorough analysis formed the foundation of our strategic approach, allowing us to pinpoint and rectify gaps in their existing SEO setup.

Content Optimization

Leveraging insights from our audit, we rewrote and restructured blog content with effective SEO practices. Our approach focused on keyword optimization, implementing appropriate H1 titles and subheadings, and incorporating strong calls-to-action (CTAs) to guide readers towards conversion pages like schedules and memberships.

Image Optimization

To enhance website performance, we compressed all images on the site, improving loading speed without compromising quality. We also added descriptive alt texts to images, boosting both SEO and accessibility.

Meta Description Overhaul

We crafted compelling and informative meta descriptions for all pages, ensuring they were optimized for both search engines and user engagement. This crucial step improved the site's visibility in search results and increased click-through rates.
