"Go Digital ASEAN marked our earlier days of opening free digital upskilling programmes to the public - that allowed us to welcome all sorts of learners who walked through our doors. In particular, we enjoyed working with small home-based business entrepreneurs, including one business owner who ran an online floral businesses and another piloting a book swap business model.
For these often one-headcount teams, being familiar with digital tools across a wide range of functions from building a landing page to internal workflows and marketing functions were incredibly helpful. Our virtual, small group classes created a space for close collaboration between the learner and trainer, and many used that space to workshop ideas and grow their vision bit by bit."
