"Getting to know the stories behind the businesses, being able to see the individuals, and then sharing those stories through a short video, was what stuck with me. I think there's always value to human stories. And it is those stories that move us to action. I can't say for sure whether the impact of In the Making translated to hard, quantifiable numbers. But I think the impact on the families - sharing their stories on camera, thinking through why they are doing this, dreaming about what their endeavours could potentially be - I think that was the real human impact."
