What if we could accelerate digital and marketing capabilities of nonprofits and charities by providing capabilities-as-a-service?

"What felt special to me about the Social Tech Apprenticeship was seeing young creatives grow into confidence as they explore using digital for good in the social sector. The most valuable part of it was watching them move from hesitating to speak up during client interviews to taking ownership, communicating clearly, and presenting their solutions proudly.
I believe that the Social Tech Apprenticeship not only helps youths see themselves differently in the workplace, but also bridges a gap for organisations that experience a talent shortage, giving them access to capable young talent."
Julia Nazarene, Programme Manager
"Through STA, I learned that design and creativity can do more than sell—they can spark reflection and connection. A key takeaway for me came from the industry sharing that showed that effective communication is rooted in deep research and insight. The supportive learning environment and community made the experience especially meaningful. STA created space for growth, and Priya’s guidance set a strong foundation for understanding what impactful non-profit communications look like."
“This was my first time working on real projects. It helped me understand what working life is actually like.”
"Not only did I manage to gain new skills, but I also mastered my craft by practicing more. The program has definitely allowed me to understand the social sector and its impact on a deeper level through the training and the industry sharings. A moment that stood out to me was definitely the demo day. Presenting my work in front of others in a “demo” setting was an eye-opening experience. I truly felt accomplished after that."
